Button Load Cells

This section illustrates our range of button load cells which either incorporate or can be fitted with a central radiussed loading button.  The load button ensures that forces are applied axially to the load cell even if there is slight angular misalignment.

Our selection of button load cells offer ranges from 0-200N (~20kg) up to 0-1000kN ~100 tonne), with non-standard and interim capacities available on request.

The CBES button load cell offers an excellent size to capacity ratio whilst still maintaining very good performance, while the miniature CDF load cell offers the smallest possible dimensions with a slight performance trade-off.

For applications where ultimate performance is required, the DSCC and DSCRC button load cells are ideal, covering a vast range of capacities between them and offering accuracies of <±0.05%/RC and <±0.1%/RC respectively.

All models can be supplied with analogue or digital instrumentation including amplifiers and signal conditioners, signal digitisers, displays and indicators and wireless radio telemetry equipment.  Calibration traceable to UKAS standards is available on all load cells and systems.

Our button load cells and force sensors can be supplied with installation accessories including load buttons and mounting bases where appropriate.
