Flange Torque Sensors | Flange Torque Transducers

This section illustrates our range of flange torque sensors that feature flange-type mechanical connections to suit a wide variety of in-line torque measurement applications.

Our flange torque sensors are available in both rotary and static configurations, and there is also a battery-powered wireless torque sensor for applications where no cables can be run, or where access is difficult.

We can supply flange torque transducers with measuring ranges from 0-10Nm up to 0-80kNm with maximum speeds up to 6500rpm on rotary versions.

All flange torque transducer models can be supplied with analogue or digital instrumentation including amplifiers and signal conditioners, signal digitisers, displays and indicators and wireless radio telemetry equipment.  Calibration traceable to UKAS standards is available on all flange torque sensors and systems.
